1. Court Booking Cancellations

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled court time to receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the slot are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

If the refund is approved, it will take 7-10 working days to credit in your account.

All refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted.

3. Rescheduling Bookings

To change your slot, reach out to us as early as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Exceptional Cancellations by QuadWoke

In case of weather disruptions, technical issues, or operational constraints, QuadWoke reserves the right to cancel your booking. A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided in such cases.
