Slot Timings: You are expected to adhere strictly to your booked time slot.

Non-Transferability: Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

Cancellations: Follow our Cancellation Policy for any changes. No-shows or late cancellations may result in non-refundable charges.

Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

3. Payments & Refunds

Misconduct, damage to property, or unsafe behavior may lead to denial of service or penalties.

QuadWoke is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from court use or platform access. You use the service and play at your own risk.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking in question.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
